How to send a request
Write to vtka.vinci@icloud.com. A user or a child's legal representative can contact us. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.
- Name the app «Питание БЭСТ» or «БЭСТ Питание» and provide the school login if you know it.
- Describe what you need: correction of information, deletion of contact details, termination of access, or deletion of the account and related data.
- Provide a convenient way to contact you and explain your relationship to the account if you are writing on behalf of a child.
The button opens your email app. You send the email yourself. Do not include a password, bank details or copies of documents.
What happens after you contact us
We clarify who the account belongs to and what the request covers. Verification is needed to prevent an unauthorised person from changing or deleting a child's data. We then explain the outcome of the review and any required actions.
A request may cover the profile and contact details, access and related session identifiers, notification tokens, order history and internal school meal records. School records that must be retained to meet applicable obligations are considered separately. If some information cannot be deleted immediately, we explain which information, why and for how long.
Requests are reviewed manually. Sending an email does not automatically delete data. Processing a request depends on which data it covers and whether retention obligations apply; the outcome is clarified in correspondence.
What you can do yourself
- Change your phone number and email address in the profile.
- Disable automatic ordering in the profile settings.
- Disable notifications in the device's system settings.
- Sign out of the school account on the device.
Signing out does not delete school data.
Uninstalling the app also does not delete order history or the account on the server. To request deletion, follow the procedure described above.
